We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (e.g., encryption in transit/at rest, access controls, audit logs). No system is perfectly secure; you are responsible for protecting your credentials and devices.
We may process data in the U.S. and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses (and UK Addendum) for cross-border transfers. You can contact us for copies subject to redactions.
California residents have rights to know, access, delete, correct, and opt-out of “sale”/“sharing” (we don’t sell/share personal information) and to limit use of sensitive personal information. We provide site-wide links: “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” and “Limit Use of My Sensitive Personal Information.” We will not discriminate against you for exercising rights.
You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection; and the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

To process wellness/somatic inputs for personalization, we rely on your explicit consent (separate from acceptance of Terms). You may withdraw this consent in Settings → Privacy; we will cease such processing and may provide a reduced experience.
The Services are intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child provided data, contact us to delete it.
We are not a HIPAA covered entity or business associate unless we sign a Business Associate Agreement. Do not upload PHI intended to be regulated by HIPAA unless a BAA is in place.
With your optional consent, we may use de-identified data for research and product improvement, including publication of aggregated findings. This will never include PII. You can withdraw consent at any time in Settings → Privacy.
We may update this Policy. We will post the effective date and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
