These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ANEW’s websites, apps, voice or chat services, and related offerings (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account, clicking “I agree,” or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent you are authorized to bind that organization, and “you” includes the organization.
You must be 18+ (or the age of digital consent in your region) and capable of forming a binding contract. The Services are not intended for minors.
ANEW is a non-diagnostic wellness and educational platform. The Services do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. ANEW is not a medical device and does not create a doctor-patient or therapist-client relationship.
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity on your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.
You agree not to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain ownership of content you submit (“User Content”). You grant ANEW a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, analyze, reproduce, and display User Content to operate, provide, maintain, protect, and improve the Services (including personalization, insights, trend mapping, and safety).
Feedback. If you give feedback or suggestions, you grant ANEW a perpetual, irrevocable license to use them without compensation.
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, retention, your rights, and choices. In short: we use your data to run the Services; to generate your personal trends, progress, and pattern insights; to help improve safety and reliability; and to create de-identified or aggregated analytics that do not include personal identifiers. We do not sell your personal data. Additional consents may apply (e.g., explicit consent for processing wellness data in the EU/UK; optional research opt-in).
The Services may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., voice/telephony, cloud hosting, analytics, Apple Health/Google Fit, wearables). Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
If you purchase a paid plan:
ANEW and its content, UIs, designs, logos, and software are owned by us or our licensors and protected by IP laws. Except as permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Services.
11) Beta / Experimental Features

12) Service Changes; Termination
We may modify or discontinue all or part of the Services. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach, risk, or legal reasons. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections intended to survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity) will survive.
13) Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND AVAILABILITY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
14) Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANEW AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL; OR FOR COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES; ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID (IF ANY) IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places we limit liability to the maximum extent permitted.
You will indemnify and hold harmless ANEW, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your User Content, your use of the Services, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
16) HIPAA; Sensitive Health Data
ANEW is not a HIPAA covered entity or business associate unless we separately sign a Business Associate Agreement. Do not upload PHI for HIPAA-regulated purposes unless we have a BAA in place. In some regions (e.g., EU/UK), wellness data may be special category data—see Privacy Policy for consent requirements.
17) International Data Transfers
We may process and store data in the U.S. and other countries. We use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers (e.g., EU Standard Contractual Clauses) as described in our Privacy Policy.
